Health Tips : Spotted Fats

今天的主題是“局部減肥”,這應該是最常被問到的問題

Today, I am going to talk about a very frequent question that people asked,which is "how to reduce fats on a specific area"



“怎麼瘦腿?”
“怎麼瘦肚腩?”
“怎麼瘦掰掰袖?”

How to make my thighs smaller?
How to lose tummy?
How to slim down my flabby arms?

答案是。。。。別妄想了!哈哈

That is.... IMPOSSIBLE! lol

我們沒有辦法控制脂肪的去向,就像我們沒有辦法像肥哪裏就肥哪裏,通常都是因人而異的,有些人會先肥臉,有些先肥腿;所以我們也沒辦法想瘦哪裏就瘦哪裏

We cannot control where's the fats gonna be, so there's no way to lose fats on a specific area just like we cannot gain weight on a specific area

所以還是要運動來達到你要的身材

In conclusion, exercise is the best way to achieve the shape that you are looking for

Your waist or arms or thighs will be smaller when you are losing total body fats
How to lose total body fats if you hate to run? Like me haha

Interval training is the best choice for you
Interval training is a combination of weight training and cardio
There are plenty of combination that you can get online, unlike running, running is boring!! For me la, I really hate to run haha

When you first started to train with interval training, you might need to follow a specific routine that created by others
But you can mix and match the exercises that you like to create your own interval training after you understand the function of every exercise :)

Here's the list of basic exercises that I like and they are very useful, you can always add these to your interval training.


  • Mountain climbing (Good for core muscle)
  • Star jump (Easy and it can activate your body muscles)
  • Squat (Good for back and legs)
  • Plank (Best exercise to lose total body fats)


Add them into your exercise! You will see the difference after some time!
