R.I.B Kitchen : 3 Ingredients Healthy Oats Soft Cookies

TGIF, let's make some healthy cookies for your weekend!

The week before menstruation is always a tough week for me because I just crave for everything.
Cookies, chocolate, bread and etc.

Recently I am in love with dark chocolate cookies but they always contain high calories because of the sugar and the flour,
so I decided to make my own cookies! I can have as many as I want and without getting fat lol

well, I am not good at baking so this recipe is gonna be very simple and easy, no worries

Healthy Oats Soft Cookies

Ingredients :
Bananas
Rolled Oats / Old Fashioned Oats (1 banana = 1 cup of oats)
Honey

Raisins (optional)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (optional)
Almond / Walnut / Hazelnut (optional)

How to :

**Before you store the cookies, just let the them to rest for 1 hour without any cover


As I didn't add any flour or butter into the cookies, so they won't be crunchy/crispy like other cookies
But this is why I love oats cookies, they are super chewy and filling

Actually I got this idea from facebook as a lot of people were sharing it around.
So I decided to give it a try!

Let's have a look on the ingredients:

- 2 pieces Bacon / 1 piece Ham
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tsp olive oil

That's all you need for this recipe, so easy

Am not a drama person but this is really really nice

alright, let me tell you how I celebrate my xmas last year :)

The boyfriend brought me to SnowWorld at Genting

It's super duper cold

My hands freezing and I couldn't feel my nose -.-

can you imagine that?

oh well, no photos allowed inside so I didn't get to take any pictures

Unlike my friends, am not a rave person because 

firstly, I don't drink beer ; 

secondly, I don't like to squeeze with sweaty people ; 

and lastly, I hate drunkards who always step on my feet!

Why would I spend money to go to this rave then? 

Just because of David Guetta lol.

To avoid the massive jam, one of our friends booked a shuttle bus to Sepang

It's great! We actually had fun in the bus while jamming to the place

As you all know, 

the drinks there is gonna cost you a boom so the gang had came out with a brilliant idea! haha

We've been drinking in the bus before we reach the venue, 

just to make sure we are high enough to party right away

Halloween Horror Spirits (updated with video's link)

Did she scared you off? lol.

The first year that I didn't celebrate Halloween with the gang,

had followed the boyfriend to work instead

and yes, the ghosts were managed by him through out the event

Genting separated the outdoor theme park into few zones

There are horror circus, Chinese creepy village and also haunted hospital

Didn't take much photos of the venue because it's too cold out there........

I rather be the 'jaga', who take care of the crew's belonging :P
