we have to look good all the time

you might curious how I maintain my skin in a good condition and looksenergetic always

since I sleep late and driving around under the big sun most of thetime, right?

few tips for you girls :)

- Having good diet

- Do mask once/twice a week

- Detox once a month if possible

- Do full body massage twice a month or more, especially lymphaticmassage

- Exercise as much as you can

Hello,

finally I have more time to blog,

or I should say I have more time to do various things that I never try before :)

like travelling? yeah right! :3

alright, back to topic first

it's been 3 years! 3 years that we didn't have a full attendance gathering LOL

finally :) it's Fernanda's birthday, a leo baby girl

so we search around for a good dinning place,

I think I almost finish all the food review that you could find on net

that's way too much to read!!

anyway, we chose Ben's at Pavilion

we love the nice environment there, the food is kinda tasty and not that expensive too

overall is just nice!!

I had alot of fun that night, I believe they did as well :)

let's have more gathering before we're getting old alright!!

Few of us changed alot but some of us don't

Frankly, I don't think it's a good thing as in changes always happened when people growing up

you didn't change means you never grow, does it sounds good?

nah I don't think so :)

as most of my friends know I love eating, just am on diet now, I have to stop myself from eating too much :(

really hope that I can achieve my target asap so that I can eat like normal again LOL

went to a place with advetlets' last few weeks,

the food there is really nice ( aww, I miss the foods now ) and the service is nice too!

better than alot of so called high class restaurant :P

Green Beans and Potatoes in Chunky Tomato Sauce

Ingredients (2 pax)

1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 cups diced red potato
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 pounds green beans, trimmed
1/4 cup water and canned tomato sauce
1 cup tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
ground black pepper

Preparation

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic to pan; sauté 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
Add potato, celery, salt, and beans; sauté 1 minute.
Add 1/4 cup water and canned tomato sauce; cover and cook 5 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.
Add tomatoes. Cover, reduce heat, and cook 4 minutes or until tomatoes begin to soften, stirring occasionally.
Stir in peppers, then it's done!

Estimated Calories: 70-100kcal

Happy birthday to Yee Aun again :)

attended his birthday celebration last night at Phuture

bumped to a lot of friends there, had fun but something happened

which I don't feel like mention anything about it

and I forgot to take any pictures!!! too busy over there, lol

Okay, back to the topic

My sister went to Taiwan for her further study

so I brought her to eat many nice meals as a farewell for her :D

first of all, Dragon-i as our brunch

Dragon-i Shang Hai Xiao Long Bao FTW~

and we saw something disgusting beside us

there was a girl who took off her shoes inside the restaurant! oh please! ewww

we actually intended to try ChaTime when we were at Pavillion,

but MilkTea is the most fattening drinks ever in the world,

so yea...I will try next time if I find out they have something not that fattening yet nice

any recommendation? :)

After shopping at Pavillion, we head to Skewers at subang avenue

I have to say that am really a good shopping partner, that was the 1st time my sis bought so many things during shopping session, muahahaha *proud*

back to Skewers :P

the food was nice, I think the grilled shrimp is nice, the grilled lamb is nice, the mash potatoes also not bad

AND!!! the dessert we ordered are awesome!

I can't remember their names, but it's something like deep fried choc-kaya XD

Holla Peeps,

someone complain that my blog is boring :(

so am trying to update as much as I can,

and write as much as I can too!

Just went to Velvet last night,

was a last minute plan

so yea, I din dress up and not even put on make up, lol

rush to Roro's place and get a super duper simple make up then head to velvet with her

me and roro were thinking that "finally we have came to a 'normal' world!" LOL

why we said so?

actually we have been to Marketplace one week ago,

(just in case you don't know anything about Marketplace, it's a place which fulled with guys but they are very happy in there :) )

Roro and me were so upset because we couldn't get any attention over there :(

no matter how hot we dance, they just don't give a damn

and I have to say that some of them are really good in dancing, even more hiao than us

we are totally KO and being neglected

this is the FIRST time we feel so upset in a club........hahahha

惨不忍睹，身心受创，一言难尽，等等。。。。。。XD

but it's a good place to chill tho

the environment is good and the alcohol is kinda cheap,

the person in there is friendly too :)

The end of my CNY holidays

oh well, I have 7 days of holidays during cny but it's still not enough for me, lol

I want more :(

look, I not yet meet my darlings, not yet meet the hiao poh, not yet sing K, not yet genting, not yet sunway lagoon

but I get many ang pau :D so okay la, I should not complain so much

what have I done in cny :

- 3 times of Lou Sang

- visit HIS family at a nice place ♥

- visit Roro, nice meals I had over her place :)

- gained 2kgs, FML

- met with C.E, tried the Bitter lemon juice which is not bitter, lol

- dim sum with Haward

- met with high school mates, snooker session for sure

- Library for the 1st time with C.E

- EAT MOST OF THE TIME -.-

everyone is wearing contact lens nowadays,

even though they are not the patient of short-sightedness

Putting on colour lens is a trend, lol

But have you wear the right lens for your eyes?

There is a lot of fake lens selling among the so called blogshops

I tried their lens once before, it made me eyes very uncomfortable

Very dry and kept dropping out from my eyes :(

Indeed, they are cheap compare to the lens from legal websites/outlets

but won't you feel panic when u put a RM20++ thingy onto your eyeballs? o.o

You don't even know what they used to make the colour lens right

so it's better to get your colour lens from legal sellers/suppliers

Take good care of your eyes please

What? Don't believe? LOL

The outside food make me feel bored and they are too oily for me, yucks

so I decide to cook for my own :D

Breakfast is the most important meal compare to lunch or dinner

so for breakfast, we're looking for quality;

for lunch, quantity;

for dinner, quality & super low quantity LOL

for supper? nah! NO supper if you really want to keep fit!

since there are hell alot of people asked me what I eat to keep fit,

so, here you go :)

First of all, prepare the soup with ikan bilis and some salt. NO oil or ajinamoto!

you can replace the soup with miso if you don't like the smell of fish.

but ikan bilis provide alot of calcium, female needs a lot of calcium, that's why :)

-let's start! Prepare vegetables, choose the vege you like :) the more colourful is better-

-only vege is not enough to complete the nutrition we need, so add some seafood, it can also maintain female's booby size even we slim down XD and for the noodles, I used spinach noodles, healthier

- this is my favourite!! Pumpkin is so easy to cook and it contains alot of nutrients, no need to put anything, just cut it into slice and steam them. they originally taste sweet :) salmon is for my dad, he cant live without meat! lol-

- tadaaaaa! it's done, for me, it taste good. but for my dad, it's not because it's too 'vege'. -

This is what I eat to keep fit, basically I just boiled all the food and steam them.

It's easier to remain the nutrition value in the vege and also easier for our body to absorb.
